Directions to Meeting Points
From Highway 1 take the “Mt. Seymour Parkway exit” coming from either direction on Highway 1. When coming from the west, this is exit 22B, coming from the east it is exit 22.
Turn right onto Mt. Seymour Parkway, Turn left onto Mt. Seymour Road (follow signs to Mt. Seymour Park) Turn left into Parkgate Mall and park near the Different Bikes shop.
Mt Fromme – yellow gate
From Highway 1 west, take exit 21 Mountain Hwy, Turn Right onto Mountain Highway.
From Highway 1 East, take exit 19 Lynn Valley Rd. Turn Right on to Lynn Valley Rd. Turn Left onto Mountain Highway.
Follow Mountain Hwy most of the way up and look for a non-regulated place to park on or below Coleman street and ride the rest of the way up Mountain Hwy. Meeting point is at the yellow gate at the end of the paved road. Allow for 10 minutes to walk/ride up after you park!
Cypress – works yard
From Highway 1 West , take exit 8 Cypress Bowl Rd toward the Ski area. Drive up Cypress Bowl Parkway approximately 2km from highway. You will come to the West Vancouver works yard on your right with an antique road grader on the side of the road and a small gravel parking lot on the left. Park in the small lot on the left.
SFU/ Burnaby Mountain
Take the Lougheed Highway to Burnaby and turn left on Gaglardi Way or Highway 1 and take exit 37 to merge onto Gaglardi Way. Turn right on Broadway Ave, then left on North Road. At the top of the hill, lmost at the end of the road, park in any of the gravel parking areas on the left side of the road.
Ride Levels
- Beginner: – A network of XC trails. Mainly flat with some rolling hills, low to the ground optional structures and some double track trails
- Beginner to Intermediate: – Minimal climbing and some descending. A mixture of single and double track trails ranging from nice smooth trails to tricky, flat winding trails with assorted front wheellifts over logs and rooty climbs to test your technical skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced: Some steep sections with occasional technical rocky sections and optional stunts.
- Advanced: More higher consequence stunts and log rides, most with ride arounds. Longer and steeper winding technical descents. Optional jumps!

Start times vary from 6:00 – 6:30 pm. Example trails:
